How did I organize an afternoon with my team?

We hear and read everywhere that it is important to continue creating team memories. So here is what we organised last Tuesday for the Spendesk Operations team with Aude Cadiot, Team Lead Revenue Operations and Tom Morisse, Knowledge Manager.

• Icebreaker: A good session can’t start without — Ping Tom if you want to know all his icebreakers
• Retro from Q1: A moment to celebrate the people in the team.
• Q2 Projects: 5 key projects to keep Spendesk growing.

• Special Guest : Jeremie Rosselli, from N26 came to talk about his daily life and challenges as General Manager France & Benelux.

• Operations Peer Training: A new training method we are launching for the team — Always bring something new and change things.
• Pitch your drink : End of the day with a drink pitch competition. Nice victory for Louis with his Corsican Water and Joe with his cocktail directly from the UK.

It took us I think 10 hours of asynchronous work to prepare these 3 hours together.
